An extremely comfortable shoe! I wore these shoes a full day at work the very first day and there were like "old friends". I have a wide foot with a high-arch, which makes finding a comfortable shoe quite challenging. The padded in-sole is very nice. The back of the shoe is rather low (but not low like a clog), but my foot stayed in securely. I'm a high-school teacher, so I do lots of walking throughout the day, wear these shoes a couple of days a week. They are my "new favorites", as comfortable as my Danskos with a little less bulk and a bit more cushion.

An almost perfect product - a blend of comfort and style - This shoe is really comfortable and would be perfect for most normal wearers. For someone like me who has swollen feet, there is one problem - the top part covering the toe area - the CURVED EDGE - is digging into my flesh since the top of my foot is swollen. IF THE LEATHER WAS A LITTLE SOFTER, IT WOULD GIVE A LTTLE AND NOT DIG INTO THE FLESH. So, my hope is the manufacturer will make some modifications to this shoe and increase sales to an increasingly large pool of baby boomers suffering from health problems, like edma, and looking for comfortable, wide, supportive but reasonably fashionable shoes.

Amazingly comfortable - With the pointy toe and 3 3/4" stiletto heels these shoes look smoking hot. They also have a classic vintage look reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe. I bought the pair in black patent leather and the first day I wore them into work I received a compliment (in the elevator by a male coworker). Much to my surprise, these shoes are amazingly comfortable. Walking around the office is a breeze although my feet got a little achy pounding the pavement for 10 blocks. Still though, not bad for such a knockout shoe. They go great with everything, have excellent arch support and accommodate my wide feet! The ball of the foot is cushioned and flexible.

Although this sandal looks pretty cute in the picture, I found it to be mis-sized and awkward. I have several other pairs of Danskos in 42, but my toes were right at the end of this one. The leather is kind of shiny, but the lighter tan color does look nice with the wood platform. When buckled, the strap pulls the top of the shoe in a weird way and leaves a gap that does not look good. I wanted these to work, but they just aren't attractive. Dansko should return to their earlier European-made products. Kudos to Logohoo for their exceptional return policy! That makes it possible for those of us with big feet to find the size we need and try them out with minimal hassle.

All I can say is, Oh my goodness! These shoes are amazing; super sleek, super sexy, and super comfortable! I wasn't sure about the size because the shoe is so closed in, but the elastic goring makes the shoes fit like the softest kid gloves. I was also concerned about the height of the heel, because like a previous reviewer, I'm a thick chick, too. The heel is sturdy and the slight platform in the front adds to the comfort.
