Bought two pairs of Merrells and both have to go back. The right zipper was completely stuck on this model, and the other Merrells I bought, had pen on the suede toe bed. The customer service team is remarkable, so other than the inconvenience of having to ship them back, it's no big deal to exchange. As for the shoe, it's "ok". They are overpriced, in my humble opinion. If you are like me, you're looking for a fashionable, cute, and supportive shoe to run around in. They are attractive, kind of funky, but very little arch support and no ankle support with the mesh uppers. Even the zipper that was not stuck is tough to open and close. I still love my Keen Saratogas best; the arch support is much better.
